Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive — FindAuction.in

We are hiring an experienced Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to handle registered users, interested property buyers and incoming customer calls.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining FindAuction services and bank auction property details, guiding buyers through the auction process, and maintaining regular follow-ups. We follow a helpful, consultative approach, with a focus on customer relationships and sales conversion.

Responsibilities

- Call registered users and new and existing property leads.
- Handle incoming calls and customer queries politely and professionally.
- Explain FindAuction subscription plans and assist interested users with paid memberships.
- Explain available property details, inspection procedures, document viewing, EMD requirements and the auction process.
- Follow up with interested buyers and coordinate with the internal team for next steps.
- Maintain accurate CRM records,



call notes and follow-up schedules.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of telecalling, customer support or customer relationship experience.
- Good Hindi communication and basic English required; Marathi preferred.
- Experience in real estate, banking, loans, insurance, finance or property calling preferred.
- Valuable listening skills, patience and confidence in customer handling and sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain CRM records.
- Must be comfortable working from office.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + sales bonus
Office: W92, Borivali West, Mumbai
Working hours: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Weekly off: Sunday
