Responsibilities
· Work with business heads to plan manpower and write job descriptions
· Source candidates through portals, agencies, referrals, and campus drives
· Run screening, interviews, and offers; track hiring metrics
· Build the group's employer brand
Requirements
· 4-8 years in recruitment, including bulk and senior hiring
· Experience across industries such as manufacturing, trade, and sales
Pay: ₹352,000.00 - ₹1,460,000.00 per year
