About Shubh Studios

Shubh Studios is an emerging media and entertainment company focused on building a strong audience and content ecosystem across Kannada entertainment, podcasts, music, films and digital media.

The company is developing multiple entertainment verticals, including:

- Kannada podcast and interview content
- Music and music videos through Shubh Music Entertainments
- Digital entertainment content
- Film-related content and promotions
- Movie production and entertainment projects
- Future expansion into OTT and digital entertainment platforms

As we build the company and expand our operations, we are looking for a Co-Founder who can work closely with the Founder and play an active role in building and scaling Shubh Studios.

About the Opportunity

This is not a conventional salaried employment position.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who wants to join an early-stage media and entertainment venture and contribute to building the company over the long term.

The selected Co-Founder will work closely with the Founder on business development, strategic partnerships, audience growth, revenue generation, operations and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder to develop and execute the company's growth strategy
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with brands, production houses, media organizations, artists and other industry stakeholders
- Develop revenue-generating opportunities
- Support the growth of podcasts, music and digital entertainment initiatives
- Identify new content and business opportunities




- Develop and manage strategic collaborations
- Support audience acquisition and community-building initiatives
- Participate in planning and launching new projects
- Take ownership of key business functions and growth initiatives
- Represent Shubh Studios in business meetings and partnership discussions
- Contribute to the company's long-term vision and expansion

Compensation & Equity

This is an equity-based Co-Founder opportunity.

The equity structure, responsibilities, role, vesting terms and other commercial arrangements will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on their experience, contribution, responsibilities and level of involvement.

This opportunity is intended for an individual who is interested in building and growing the company as a long-term business partner, rather than seeking a conventional fixed-salary employment position.
