About the Role

- We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the Home Décor, Furniture, Furnishings, Interiors or a related industry.
- This is primarily a sales conversion role.
- You will handle customer enquiries and leads, understand what the customer is looking for, recommend suitable wall décor products, follow up with them and convert enquiries into orders.
- The role is ideal for someone who has previously sold products or solutions where the customer requires guidance before making a purchase.

What You Will Do

- Handle customer leads received through the website, WhatsApp, phone and other digital channels.
- Speak with customers and understand their requirement, space, budget and preferences.
- Recommend suitable products based on the customer's requirement.
- Help customers choose from products such as Wallpaper, Wall Art, Frames, Print-to-Frame, Collages and Other wall décor products
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Handle questions and objections related to price, design, size, installation, customisation and delivery.
- Suggest suitable alternatives when required.
- Coordinate with internal product and production teams for customer requirements.




- Take responsibility for the customer from enquiry until the sale is closed.
- Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Track follow-ups, converted leads and reasons for lost sales.

2–4 years of sales experience, preferably from:

- Home Décor
- Furniture
- Furnishings
- Wallpaper
- Modular Kitchens
- Wardrobes
- Residential Interiors
- Premium Home Retail
- Home Improvement
- Lifestyle or Design-led Consumer Brands

Candidates who have handled customer enquiries, sales targets, follow-ups and order closure will be preferred.

Skills Required

- Robust sales and closing skills
- Good customer communication
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to understand customer requirements
- Confidence in recommending products
- Good objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of home décor and aesthetics
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic digital tools

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
