About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Principal to lead its CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school in Tirukoilur, Kallakurichi District. The Principal will be responsible for overall academic leadership, staff management, and administration of the school, working closely with the Management/Trust to drive academic quality and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall academic and administrative leadership for the school
- Ensure CBSE curriculum compliance, syllabus planning, and academic quality across all grades
- Recruit, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
- Monitor student performance, board exam results, and overall academic outcomes
- Liaise with CBSE, the education department, and regulatory bodies on compliance and affiliation matters
- Manage school administration, discipline, and day-to-day operations
- Engage with parents, Management/Trust,



and the local community to build the school's reputation
- Drive admissions, enrolment growth, and school development initiatives
- Plan and oversee co-curricular activities, events, and the academic calendar

Who Can Apply

- B.Ed mandatory; postgraduate qualification preferred
- 10–15 years of overall experience in school education
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Principal, Vice-Principal, or Academic Coordinator
- Prior experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is mandatory
- Solid leadership, administrative, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to relocate to Tirukoilur, Kallakurichi District, Tamil Nadu (accommodation provided)

Pay: ₹90,000.00 per month
