A Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment, including CNC, VMC, HMC, and other production machinery. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, minimizing downtime, managing maintenance teams, and improving overall equipment performance.
Plan, organize, and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize production downtime. Maintain CNC, VMC, HMC, turning centers, machining centers, and auxiliary equipment. Lead troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues. Develop preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor machine health and implement predictive maintenance techniques. Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets. Coordinate with production, quality,
and engineering teams for maintenance planning. Lead installation, commissioning, and relocation of recent machines. Analyze equipment failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations. Train and mentor maintenance technicians and engineers. Coordinate with machine manufacturers and service providers for major repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
