A. Lead Management

- Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, referrals, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain the company's products, services, pricing, and plans clearly.
- Maintain proper records of all leads and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers.

B. Sales & Conversion

- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Explain the perks and features of the company's RO water purifier and related services.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Negotiate and communicate commercial terms as per company guidelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and installation targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

C. Customer Follow-up

- Regularly follow up with interested and pending customers.
- Follow up with customers after quotations or product discussions.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for installation scheduling after order confirmation.
- Ensure smooth communication from order confirmation until installation.

D. Coordination





- Coordinate with the Operations/Service team for confirmed installations.
- Provide accurate customer information and installation details to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of customer requirements.
- Escalate any customer or operational issue to the Sales Head.

E. Sales Reporting

- Update lead and sales information in the company's CRM/ERP or required system.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and installations.
- Submit daily/weekly sales updates to the Sales Head.
- Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.

F. Customer Relationship

- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate referrals and repeat business where possible.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Understand customer feedback and share relevant information with the Sales Head.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
