Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of The Thrills Fun Park. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating different departments, maintaining service quality, ensuring safety standards, and making sure daily activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the fun park.
- Coordinate with different departments such as ticketing, security, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service.
- Prepare staff duty schedules and ensure proper manpower deployment.
- Monitor employee performance and maintain discipline at the workplace.
- Ensure smooth handling of visitors and provide a valuable customer experience.
- Resolve operational problems and customer complaints effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the premises.
- Monitor rides, facilities, equipment, and other operational areas.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for timely repairs.
- Maintain operational records, reports, attendance, and daily activity updates.
- Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Manage crowd flow,



especially during weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Support management in planning events, promotions, and special activities.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate requirements of different departments.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and operational meetings.
- Report major operational issues and daily performance to senior management.

Required Skills

- Good leadership and team-management skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and employees.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, reporting, and record maintenance.

Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Hospitality, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant operations, hospitality, amusement park, hotel, resort, retail, or facility-management experience will be preferred.

Experience

Relevant experience in operations or team management is preferred.
