We are looking for a customer-focused Real Estate Executive to handle property sales, client interactions, site visits, and basic property maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with clients and assist in negotiations and sales closures.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure properties are clean, presentable, and ready for visits.
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors for repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep.
- Maintain client, property, sales, and maintenance records.
- Update CRM and prepare regular sales and activity reports.
- Coordinate with management and internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/property management preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of property sales and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
