We're Hiring: Business Development Associate (Remote)

INCODIFY is a growing IT startup looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help us connect with businesses and generate new client opportunities.

Position Details

1. Role: Business Development Associate
2. Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
3. Duration: 6-Month Contract
4. Mode: Remote
5. Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

1. Research and identify potential business clients through Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram, Justdial, and other publicly available platforms.
2. Generate leads through cold calling, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach.
3. Understand the client's basic business requirements and qualify potential leads.
4. Schedule meetings between interested clients and the founders.
5. Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and meeting status in Google Sheets or CRM.
6. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.

Requirements

1. 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or IT Sales.



Freshers are not eligible for this position.
2. Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
3. Confident in speaking with business owners over phone and online.
4. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
5. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools is an added advantage.
