Job Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online HRM training sessions.
- Explain HR concepts with practical examples and case studies.
- Prepare and deliver training materials.
- Interact with students and clarify their queries.
- Conduct activities, assignments, and assessments when required.
- Ensure effective and interactive learning sessions.
Requirements
- MBA / Master’s degree in HR or relevant qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management.
- Prior training/teaching experience preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct online sessions effectively.
