Job Description:
BM Coder is looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork and online bidding platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Find and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other platforms.
- Write effective proposals and generate qualified leads.
- Communicate with clients and handle follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain client relationships and sales pipeline.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Upwork and bidding platforms.
- Valuable written and verbal English communication.
- Strong proposal writing and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Software Development.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
