PRT (Primary Teacher)Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our school. The candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring primary-grade students, creating an engaging learning environment, and supporting the overall academic and personal development of students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for primary-grade students.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching materials as per the curriculum.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, classwork, and regular observation.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Encourage students to participate in academic, creative, cultural, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student learning.
- Follow school policies,



academic guidelines, and classroom management procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, workshops, and school events.
- Promote valuable manners, discipline, values, and responsible behaviour among students.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / equivalent teaching qualification preferred or as per school requirements.
- Prior teaching experience in a primary school is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and teaching skills may also be considered.
- Good command of English and effective communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching and working with young children.
- Creative, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic approach towards teaching.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
