Restaurant Captain
Location: Thoraipakkam, OMR, Chennai
We are looking for a Restaurant Captain to manage daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate service staff
* Ensure smooth and efficient table service
* Handle customer requests and resolve complaints professionally
* Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
* Maintain cleanliness, service standards and guest satisfaction
* Support the manager in daily restaurant operations
Requirements:
* 0–3 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations preferred
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Customer-focused and well-presented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
