Role: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end clinic operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Drive revenue growth by monitoring sales performance, footfall trends, and key business metrics
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and high service standards across all touchpoints
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and stock optimization
- Manage cash handling, billing processes, and daily financial reconciliations
- Implement and enforce SOPs, operational processes, and compliance standards
- Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff to achieve performance goals
- Collaborate with veterinary and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in operations/clinic/retail management




- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and operational efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Robust customer engagement and communication skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
