Saravana Engineering & Infratech Pvt. Ltd. (SEI) is an engineering company specializing in Solar EPC, Battery Manufacturing, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Electric Vehicles (EV), Industrial IoT, and Smart Infrastructure. We are expanding our Solar EPC business and are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Solar EPC projects.

## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *Solar EPC Project Head* with strong expertise in managing end-to-end Solar EPC projects including Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar Projects, Rooftop Solar, Ground-Mounted Solar Plants, Utility-Scale Solar, and Government Solar Projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, technical knowledge of solar PV systems, experience in managing engineering and site execution teams, and proven ability to deliver projects within approved timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end execution of Solar EPC projects from project kick-off to commissioning and handover.

* Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, resources, and execution activities.

* Coordinate with engineering teams for drawings, design, BOQ, technical specifications, and project requirements.

* Coordinate procurement of modules, inverters, structures, cables, electrical equipment, and other project materials.

* Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.

* Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.

* Ensure projects are executed within approved budget, timeline, quality, and safety requirements.

* Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, DISCOMs, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

* Resolve technical, commercial, and site execution issues.

* Ensure compliance with electrical, safety, quality, and applicable statutory requirements.

* Monitor testing, commissioning, synchronization, and project handover activities.





* Support the Sales & Business Development team during technical discussions, site surveys, and techno-commercial evaluations.

* Develop project execution processes and improve overall project efficiency.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related engineering discipline.

* Project Management certification is an added advantage.

## Experience

* *Minimum 8 years* of experience in Solar EPC Project Execution / Project Management.

* Proven experience in handling complete Solar EPC projects.

* Experience in C&I;, Rooftop, Ground-Mounted, Utility-Scale, or Government Solar Projects.

* Experience managing project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.

* Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.

## Salary

₹5,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
