We are looking for a Showroom Performance Manager to drive sales and growth across multiple two-wheeler dealership showrooms. The role involves monitoring sales targets, customer experience, team performance, footfall, enquiries, conversions, and revenue. The candidate will train and motivate the sales team, identify performance gaps, track competitors, and work with marketing to increase showroom visits. Candidates should have 3–4 years of experience in showroom/retail sales or store management, with solid communication, analytical, team-management, and target-driven skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
