Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with 7–12 years of experience in the furniture and interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior concepts, furniture designs, layouts, technical drawings, material specifications, and coordinating with production and execution teams to ensure designs are delivered as per quality and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client and project requirements.
- Prepare furniture layouts, space planning, detailed drawings, and design presentations.
- Design and develop furniture solutions suitable for residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, working drawings, and furniture detailing.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, fabrics, hardware, and accessories.
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, project execution, and sales teams.
- Review prototypes, samples, and finished furniture to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Visit project sites and coordinate with execution teams when required.
- Understand manufacturing processes,



furniture construction, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, aesthetically appealing, and production-friendly.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation where required.
- Manage multiple projects and meet design and project deadlines.
- Keep updated with current trends in furniture, interiors, materials, finishes, and design technology.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior design and furniture design.
- Excellent understanding of space planning and furniture detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max/3D rendering software, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, upholstery, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and production drawings.
- Robust communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a design team/project.
- Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Experience

7–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the furniture manufacturing, interior design, modular furniture, or architectural/interior industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
