# Key Responsibilities * Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for high-wear components (filters, hydraulics, tracks) to minimize holding costs and zero out stockouts.

Procurement: Source parts from OEMs and aftermarket suppliers to secure the best pricing and lead times.

* Operations Support: Supply internal service technicians and external clients rapidly to reduce equipment downtime.

* Sales Growth: Drive counter sales, issue quotes, and meet profitability targets for parts and lubricants.

* Team Leadership: Manage and train warehouse staff, parts counters, and delivery drivers. ## Requirements

* Experience: 3+ years managing parts in heavy equipment, agriculture, or commercial trucking. * Tech Skills: Proficiency with inventory management software (ERP) and parts catalog systems. * Knowledge: Deep understanding of heavy machinery components and mechanical systems.
