Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10–12 years of relevant experience in the real estate/construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects, with expertise in quantity surveying, cost control, billing and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates and rate analysis.
- Manage tendering, contractor evaluation, commercial negotiations and work orders.
- Verify and certify contractor RA bills, measurements and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments and cost forecasts.
- Evaluate and manage variations, additional works and contractor claims.
- Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings and assess the commercial impact of design changes.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Design, Procurement, Finance and Site teams.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and prepare regular cost and commercial reports.




- Support contract administration and ensure timely commercial closure of projects.
- Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns or commercial risks.

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably with a real estate developer or construction company.
- Robust experience in high-rise residential/commercial construction projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, cost control, contracts and variations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and contractor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with strong commercial and project cost-control experience will be preferred.
