Brickfolio Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to join our growing Residential Real Estate team.
We’re looking for driven and experienced professionals for:
Team Leader– Sales
Location: Navi Mumbai & Thane
Industry: Residential Real Estate
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team
- Drive the team towards achieving monthly sales targets
- Monitor daily performance, follow-ups and conversions
- Support team members in client handling and deal closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales
Prior experience in leading and managing a sales team
Good knowledge of the Navi Mumbai & Thane real estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid leadership and team management abilities
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Strong client handling and closing skills
