About the Role

We are hiring a Management Trainee to gain practical exposure to client coordination and pre-sales activities.

You will support the team in understanding client requirements, maintaining communication, and coordinating with the relevant team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the team in handling client enquiries.
- Contact clients when required and understand their basic property requirements.
- Collect details such as preferred location, property type, budget, and requirements.
- Support the team with follow-up calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Share client requirements with the appropriate team.




- Assist with scheduling and coordination related to property enquiries.
- Help the team maintain enquiry and follow-up records.
- Support property-related communication and basic pre-sales activities.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure client requirements are followed up properly.

Candidate Profile

- Any Degree.
- Freshers can apply.
- Comfortable communicating with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Basic computer and email knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow up consistently and complete assigned tasks.

Growth Opportunity

This is a 3-month internship with practical exposure to real estate client handling and pre-sales.

Candidates who demonstrate good performance, communication, learning ability, and consistency may be considered for a full-time opportunity after the internship.

Performance-based incentives are provided in addition to the monthly stipend.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
