We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. Your primary role will be to act as the bridge between the company and our customers, explaining our products in detail and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Detailing: Learn about the company’s products/services and explain them clearly to potential and existing customers.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with a skilled and helpful attitude.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients to ensure brand loyalty.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
- Follow-ups:



Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Any Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th) passed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to listen patiently and explain things persuasively.
- Computer Basics: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) or similar tools.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome! (Previous experience in customer service or front office is a plus).
