Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Duck Creek Technical Architect with 12–15 years of strong experience in Duck Creek Technology, particularly Duck Creek Policy. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Duck Creek architecture, integrations, performance optimization, cloud infrastructure and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and support Duck Creek Policy solutions and technical enhancements.

Work across Duck Creek components including Server, Express, Forms, Transact, databases and integrations.

Design and recommend integration enhancements using .NET technologies.

Work extensively with Duck Creek 804 and 806 platforms, including Express 2 and Express 3.

Manage and troubleshoot ODW usage and ODCH error logs.

Understand and troubleshoot integration workflows between Duck Creek and external services.

Debug Duck Creek requests and analyze execution timings and application performance.

Work with Duck Creek Azure cloud infrastructure and identify cloud-specific performance issues.

Debug different Duck Creek components to identify bottlenecks and improve application performance.

Analyze logs, identify errors and provide recommendations for resolving performance issues.

Recommend solutions for application slowness and performance optimization in cloud environments.





Work with SQL databases for troubleshooting and performance analysis.

Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to drive architecture and performance improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

11–15 years of overall experience, with 12–15 years preferred in Duck Creek Technology.

Solid hands-on expertise in Duck Creek Policy.

Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Server, Express, Forms, Transact, Databases and Integrations.

Strong understanding of .NET technology for Duck Creek integration enhancements.

Experience with Duck Creek 804/806, Express 2 and Express 3.

Experience with ODW and ODCH error log handling.

Strong understanding of external service integration workflows.

Experience debugging Duck Creek requests and analyzing execution timings.

Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Azure cloud infrastructure.

Hands-on experience in performance debugging and optimization.

Strong SQL/Database knowledge.

Ability to analyze cloud performance issues and provide technical recommendations.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
