Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to join our production and entertainment team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable information about company services.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Convert potential leads into clients.
- Maintain regular communication and build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets and contribute to business growth.




- Handle client queries professionally and resolve issues when required.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates from sales, customer service, telecalling, or entertainment backgrounds are welcome.

Work Details

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday
Weekly Off: Monday
Work Mode: Work From Office
