We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team and manage HR activities for our logistics and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for drivers, delivery staff, warehouse staff, executives, and other employees.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift-related information.
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and day-to-day HR-related queries.
- Assist in payroll processing, salary inputs, incentives, and attendance verification.
- Manage recruitment and documentation of drivers and field staff.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR reports and personnel records.




- Assist with statutory compliance and other HR-related documentation.
- Support management in manpower planning and workforce-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Human Resources preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, warehouse, FMCG, or a field-based organization.
- Experience in driver/field staff recruitment will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment, and employee management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid problem-solving and people-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
