Hiring: Team Leader – Telesales
Punjabi speaking & understanding is MANDATORY. Candidates who do not know Punjabi should NOT apply.
Location: South Delhi
Experience: 2–5 years in Telesales/Sales Team Leadership
Industry: Matrimony / Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of telesales executives.
- Drive sales targets, conversions and revenue.
- Monitor calls, performance and daily sales metrics.
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Handle escalations and improve team performance.
Requirements:
Solid telesales/sales team leadership experience
Hardcore B2C sales experience preferred – EdTech, Insurance, BFSI, Matrimony, etc.
Strong communication, sales and people-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
