About the Role

We are looking for a creative, responsible and social-media-savvy Social Media Executive who can independently manage and grow our company's presence across major social media platforms.

The candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, along with knowledge of content planning, captions, hashtags, posting strategies, audience engagement and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Upload and publish Reels, Videos, Shorts, Posts and other content on the appropriate platforms.
- Create and maintain a proper Social Media Content Calendar.
- Plan content according to festivals, campaigns, business activities, product promotions and company events.
- Understand the best time to post on different platforms based on audience activity and analytics.
- Write engaging and relevant captions, hashtags and post descriptions.
- Have a valuable understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, Facebook content and LinkedIn posts.
- Write basic scripts for Reels, promotional videos, corporate videos and social media content.
- Repurpose the same content intelligently for different platforms instead of simply copy-pasting.
- Monitor social media performance including reach, views, engagement, followers, impressions and other important metrics.
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements in content, timing and posting strategy.
- Keep track of trending Reels, content formats, audio, topics and social media trends relevant to the business.
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, design and video-editing teams for content requirements.




- Maintain proper records of published content and upcoming posts.
- Ensure regular and consistent posting across all platforms.
- Support the team with basic content-related tasks whenever required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of social media content strategy.
- Good knowledge of captions, hashtags, keywords and content writing.
- Ability to create and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar.
- Basic to good script-writing skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Positive communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to understand what type of content can work for different audiences.
- Ability to research current social media trends.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who understands how social media works, not someone who only knows how to upload a post.

You should be able to understand:
What to post → Where to post → When to post → What caption to use → Which hashtags/keywords to use → How to analyze the result → How to improve the next content.

Knowledge of every small tool is not mandatory. If you don't know some minor tasks or software, we can train you. However, you should have a strong basic understanding of social media platforms, content strategy and the overall social media process.

Experience

- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and a good portfolio may apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant social media experience will be preferred.
- Candidates should be able to show examples of pages, content or campaigns they have previously managed, if available.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
