"TBD"o follow proper gowning / De-gowning procedure as per SOP. To follow all respective SOPs & BMR procedure in the department and during granulation operation. To do the cleaning of Granulation area, granulation equipment’s( Vibro sifter, Rapid mixer granulator , loader, Fluid bed dryer, Paste kettle, Stirrer, Co Mill, Tipper, Tray dryer , Multi mill , Clit mill ,IR dryer, IPC bin and Conta blender )and all the granulation utensils as per SOPs. To check and ensure the cleanliness of Granulation area and granulation equipment and environmental Condition (Eg: - Temperature, RH and Pressure differential) within specified limit before Start and during Granulation process. To check and ensure the daily cleaning of drains of granulation area. To check and ensure that all the sieves and screen issued as per MMD I. To check and ensure proper operation of the machine in granulation area. To carry out in-process checks during granulation operations as per MMD I. To manufacturing the product on time which compiles the regulatory and marketiTo monitor the machine and operation without affecting the Quality of product. To check and ensure daily verification of weighing balance before start of the shift and as and when required. To maintain all the log books & records where ever necessary.



To check and ensure proper labeling of equipment, area and product in manufacturing area. To ensure that proper maintenance and safety of person and equipment’s and also keep equipment ready for scheduled preventive maintenance. To follow the departmental SOP, s as per GMP requirement. To Check and ensure the dispensing of batches as per plan. To check and ensure the cleanliness of Granulation area, granulation equipment and environmental Condition within specified limit before Start and during Granulation process. To keep the area ready for line clearance. To do the physical verification of all the material with reference to BOM of MMD-I in presence of Production & than verified by QA person. To maintain the sieve, screen and FBD bag records & Log book properly. To follow the proper and maximum utilization of machines. To Check and ensure about that the process should be as per BMR, if any deviation it should be informed to supervisor. To Complete Manufacturing Operation &keep; the Lubricated blend in WIP area & top feeding and maintain its record. To reduce machine break down time through proper handling. To maintain the online documentation as per GMP guidelines. To clean and maintaining equipment change part and records as per requirements.
