Position : Personality Development Trainer

Location: Palarivattom, kochi

Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Personality Development Trainer to conduct training programs for students and young professionals. The trainer will be responsible for developing participant's communication skills, confidence, professional personality, interpersonal skills, and employability skills through engaging and practical training sessions.

* Conduct regular classroom and practical training sessions on personality development and soft skills.

* Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, presentations, role plays, and other practical activities.

* Identify individual learner strengths and areas for improvement.

* Provide personalized feedback and coaching to students.

* Monitor student participation, progress, and overall development.

* Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.

* Create an engaging, positive, and motivating classroom environment.

* Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learner improvement.

* Support students in developing professional confidence and workplace readiness.

* Coordinate with the placement/training team to understand industry and employer expectations.

* Maintain attendance, assessment records, feedback, and training reports.

* Participate in seminars, workshops, orientation programs, and institute events.

* Continuously update training content based on current industry requirements and employability trends.

Required Qualifications





* Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.

* Certification in Soft Skills Training, Train-the-Trainer, Communication Skills, NLP, or a related field will be an advantage.

* Excellent command of English communication.

* Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience** in personality development, soft-skills training, spoken English, employability training, or student training is preferred.
- Experience in a training institute, coaching centre, educational institution, or placement-training workplace will be an advantage.
- Candidates with excellent communication and presentation skills may be considered even with limited experience.

Compensation

Salary:15000 - 35000₹ per month / As per experience and industry standards.

The ideal candidate is someone who can inspire, train, mentor, and transform learners, rather than simply deliver classroom lectures. A strong ability to connect with young learners and demonstrate practical communication and professional skills is essential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
