- Welcome and attend to clients visiting the clinic.
- Explain slimming, weight-management, and wellness programs to prospective customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Schedule consultations and appointments.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.
- Coordinate between customers, doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and other clinic staff.
- Explain packages, pricing, offers, payment options, and membership plans.
- Generate leads and work toward monthly sales/enrollment targets.
- Encourage existing customers to renew or upgrade their packages.
- Collect feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, conversions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
