Job Summary

Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB. Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, defects, and platform issues. Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patching, cloning, and post-clone validation activities. Support release management, deployments, and change implementation. Monitor platform health, performance, integrations, and scheduled jobs. Maintain CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and workflow configurations. Ensure KPI, SLA, and operational targets are met. Coordinate with business teams, developers, vendors, and ServiceNow support. Manage user access, security roles, and platform governance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain platform documentation.
