Business View Asia is looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, explaining our products/services, generating interest, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate leads and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to complete the sales process.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Positive communication and convincing skills.




- Hindi and basic English communication required.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Freshers are welcome; previous telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
