Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Training & Development Executive to support employee learning, training programs, and professional development initiatives. The candidate will help identify training needs, coordinate programs, track employee participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training and development needs across different departments.
- Plan and coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
- Prepare training schedules, materials, presentations, and related documents.
- Coordinate with trainers and department heads to conduct training sessions.
- Maintain employee training records and attendance.
- Collect feedback from employees and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Assist in onboarding and induction training for new employees.
- Support employee skill-development and career-development initiatives.
- Prepare regular training reports and maintain documentation.
- Research new training methods, tools, and learning resources.




- Ensure training activities are aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, training, or employee development.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Robust organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with employees at different levels.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary

₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
