Acts Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong practical experience in handling accounts for multiple clients across different industries.

The ideal candidate should preferably have experience working in a Chartered Accountant firm, financial consultancy, accounting outsourcing firm, or similar skilled services environment, where they have independently handled accounting and financial reporting for different types of clients.

This role is primarily focused on complete accounting and financial management of client accounts, beyond routine GST, TDS and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete accounting activities for multiple clients from different industries.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate and timely accounting of transactions.
- Handle day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, provisions, accruals and adjustments.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Perform bank, debtor, creditor and ledger reconciliations.
- Review client accounts and identify accounting errors, inconsistencies and unusual transactions.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting-related clarifications and supporting documents.
- Understand the nature of different businesses and ensure transactions are properly classified and accounted for.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable and monitor outstanding balances.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports as required.
- Review accounting data entered by junior accountants and provide necessary guidance and corrections.
- Ensure proper maintenance of client-wise accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors and clients during audit and finalisation.




- Assist in preparation of schedules and workings required for statutory audit and financial statement finalisation.
- Handle accounting software such as Tally Prime / other accounting ERP systems.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting assignments within agreed deadlines.
- Manage accounting requirements of multiple clients simultaneously.

Required Experience

The candidate should have practical experience in:

- Handling accounts for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Working with different types of businesses and accounting requirements.
- Complete bookkeeping and accounting functions.
- Finalisation of accounts.
- Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
- Preparation of financial statements.
- Client communication and accounting-related coordination.
- Working in a CA firm, accounting firm, financial consultancy, or accounting outsourcing environment will be preferred.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- Strong practical accounting experience is more important than academic qualification.
- Candidates with CA firm / financial consultancy experience will be given preference.
