About the Role

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to manage and execute marketing activities across digital and offline channels. The role will involve developing marketing plans, managing paid advertising campaigns, handling the marketing team, generating leads, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting business development activities across the group's different business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, and other digital marketing campaigns.

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.

· Manage digital and offline marketing activities across different business verticals.

· Plan and execute offline promotions, events, seminars, exhibitions, and business outreach activities.

· Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels.

· Manage the company's social media and overall brand presence.

· Coordinate with designers, content teams, agencies, and external marketing partners.

· Handle and supervise the marketing team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

· Set team priorities, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support.





· Coordinate with sales and business development teams for lead management and conversions.

· Attend client, partner, vendor, and business meetings as required.

· Visit clients, partners, institutions, and potential business associates for marketing and business development meetings.

· Conduct market and competitor research to identify recent opportunities.

· Prepare marketing reports and present campaign performance to management.

· Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

· Maintain consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.

· Support marketing activities across Study Palace Hub and its group companies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· MBA in Marketing / Business Administration.

· Minimum 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.

· Excellent knowledge of paid advertising and performance marketing is required.

· Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

· Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion strategies.

· Knowledge of offline marketing and promotional activities.

· Experience in managing and coordinating a marketing team.

· Good understanding of social media, branding, content marketing, and digital marketing.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong team-handling and coordination skills.

· Comfortable with client meetings, business visits, and field marketing activities.

· Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

· Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
