Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Associate Support Analyst to join our team. The role involves handling support-related activities, assisting with day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to customer and internal support queries.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and update support-related data.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks and requests.




- Provide timely assistance and ensure effective communication.
- Follow company processes and maintain service quality.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valuable problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Training & Compensation

- Training will be provided with a stipend.

Preferred Location: Candidates from Nagercoil and surrounding areas are preferred.
