Job Overview
The Operations & Order Management Executive is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order fulfillment lifecycle, maintaining smooth daily operational workflows, and optimizing supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Management Manage and process daily incoming orders. Validate order details, payment statuses, delivery terms, and customer specifications prior to dispatch. Generate and track essential shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, purchase orders (POs), and delivery notes. Monitor order fulfillment pipelines from initial entry through picking, packing, dispatch, and final delivery.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
- Operations management: 1 year (Preferred)
Location:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred)
