Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Laboratory Technician to perform laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples as per standard procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and investigations accurately.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Follow SOPs, quality-control procedures, infection-control practices, and NABH standards.
- Maintain proper records of test results, samples, QC, and equipment logs.
- Ensure timely reporting of laboratory results.




- Monitor laboratory consumables and maintain adequate stock.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper handling/disposal of biomedical waste.

Qualifications & Skills:

- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant laboratory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, sample handling, and quality control.
- Valuable communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Freshers with relevant qualification may also be considered.
