- Carry out final inspection of finished components as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, Plug Gauge, Ring Gauge, etc.
- Perform visual inspection for casting and machining defects.
- Understand and check dimensions, tolerances, holes, threads, surface finish, chamfer, radius, etc.
- Identify and segregate OK / Rework / Rejected components.
- Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports.
- Report quality abnormalities to the Quality Engineer / Supervisor.
- Assist in preparation of NCR and rejection reports.
- Maintain inspection records and product traceability.
- Follow Quality, 5S, Safety and company procedures.
- Support the Quality team during customer inspections and internal audits.
- Learn and follow inspection methods and quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
