Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural and construction drawings. The candidate should have strong knowledge of building drawings, construction details, AutoCAD, and coordination with architects, engineers, and site teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and construction drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Develop detailed drawings based on architectural concepts and design requirements.
- Prepare door, window, staircase, toilet, kitchen, and other construction details.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, and construction details.
- Make necessary revisions and incorporate comments from architects and project teams.
- Prepare drawings required for site execution and ensure the latest revisions are issued.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to clarify drawing-related requirements.
- Visit construction sites when required to understand site conditions and verify measurements.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.




- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable building standards.
- Support the architectural team in preparing presentation and approval drawings.
- Handle multiple projects and complete drawings within the required timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Good understanding of residential building construction and construction detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of dimensions, levels, sections, and construction details.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to identify drawing errors and make necessary corrections.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the site team.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural or construction drafting.
- Experience in residential construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
