Job Summary

We are looking for motivated HR Interns who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The internship will provide practical exposure to recruitment activities, candidate coordination, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and status reports.
- Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Assist with HR coordination and day-to-day HR activities.
- Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
- Learn and assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.




- Achieve assigned recruitment and onboarding targets.

Eligibility & Skills

- Students, recent graduates, or freshers interested in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Candidates from any educational background can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional platforms is an advantage.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team.
