COSMETIQ HOSPITAL
Thiruvananthapuram
About the role
Cosmetiq Hospital is looking for a hands-on, technology-minded professional to manage our digital assets and support the technology used in everyday hospital operations.
You will coordinate with our external website, social media and advertising partners, maintain access to our digital platforms, and help staff resolve issues involving computers, networks, email, EMR and other software.
This role suits someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new systems and working with both technical vendors and hospital teams. You do not need to be an expert in every platform—we value practical knowledge, ownership and a willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities
Digital assets and website coordination
- Maintain an organised inventory of hospital websites, domains, hosting services, social media accounts, advertising accounts and software subscriptions.
- Coordinate updates to our Framer website, including content, enquiry forms and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage authorised user access and maintain clear records of account ownership, renewals and vendor contacts.
- Work with external partners managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website updates and digital campaigns.
- Organise approved photographs, videos, creatives and other digital media files so teams can find and use them easily.
Advertising and marketing technology support
- Coordinate with agencies and specialists handling Meta, Google and Yandex advertising, including partners outside India.
- Help ensure website enquiries, campaign leads and calls reach the correct CRM or team.
- Assist with tracking links, website analytics, campaign reporting and identifying problems in lead flow.
- Follow up on technical issues, pending updates and deliverables with marketing partners.
Hospital IT and network support
- Provide first-level support for computers, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and other workplace technology.
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software and network issues, escalating specialist work to the appropriate vendor.
- Coordinate with vendors maintaining the hospital’s ELV and networking systems.
- Support device setup, software installation, updates and routine maintenance.
- Maintain an issue log and follow up until problems are resolved.
EMR, email and operational technology
- Help clinical and administrative teams use the hospital’s EMR and other operational software.
- Document software problems clearly and coordinate resolution with the EMR provider.
- Support email accounts, Google Workspace, shared folders and staff access to digital systems.
- Assist HR with technology onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access changes and device allocation.
- Help medical, HR and operations teams improve everyday digital workflows.
- Provide simple guidance and training to staff when required.
Access, security and documentation
- Follow hospital policies for patient confidentiality, approved media use and secure handling of information.
- Support two-factor authentication, secure password management and access controls.
- Coordinate backups with relevant vendors and maintain basic system documentation.
- Ensure hospital accounts and digital assets remain under hospital-controlled ownership and access.
Acceptable qualifications
Candidates with any of the following backgrounds may apply:
- BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. IT or a related degree.
- Diploma in Computer Engineering, IT, Networking or Hardware Maintenance.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related field.
- Any graduate with relevant IT support certifications and demonstrable practical skills.
Relevant hands-on ability will be considered alongside formal qualifications.
Skills we are looking for
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with email administration, cloud storage and common workplace applications.
- Ability to learn website platforms, EMR systems and digital marketing tools.
- Explicit communication and confidence in coordinating with staff, agencies and vendors.
- Good organisation, documentation and follow-through.
- A responsible approach to confidential information and account access.
Good to have
Exposure to any of the following is an advantage:
- Framer, WordPress or another website platform.
- Google Workspace and basic domain/DNS management.
- Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Yandex Ads or website analytics.
- CRM, EMR or hospital management software.
- ELV systems, networking, hardware support or IT helpdesk work.
- Basic automation tools or AI-assisted workflows.
Prior experience with every platform is not required.
Who should apply?
Freshers with practical project experience, internships or strong troubleshooting skills, and professionals with up to three years of relevant experience.
You should be comfortable taking ownership of everyday technology issues, learning unfamiliar systems and coordinating specialist support when needed.
Salary: Based on practical skills, qualifications and experience.
To apply: Submit your CV through Indeed. Include a short description of a technical problem you have solved or a website, system or digital project you have worked on.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Benefits:

Work Location: In person
