- Coordinate with external software developers/vendors for software development, modifications, updates and technical requirements.
- Understand business requirements from different departments and communicate them clearly to the software development team.
- Take ownership of software development activities and ensure required features and modules are developed as per business requirements.
- Monitor the day-to-day functioning of the software and identify technical or functional issues.
- Coordinate with developers/vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems.
- Follow up on pending software issues until complete resolution.
- Test current features, updates and modifications before implementation.
- Maintain proper records of software requirements, issues, updates and resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing processes.
- Ensure smooth functioning and effective use of software across relevant departments.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding software development, issues and improvements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
