Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Airoli , Navi Mumbai
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates (Any International customer support experience Required)
Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills , Typing speed
- Good verbal communication and active listening
- Customer handling & problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including US shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle international customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain quality and productivity targets
- Follow process guidelines and company policies

Salary: 23,000 - 35,000k
Working: 5 Days working rotational
Week Off: 2 days off rotational
Cabs + Transportation Allowance available

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
