Role Description:

This is a full time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Intern / Digital Marketing Specialist at Capsicum Mediaworks®, based in Mumbai. The candidate will support the digital marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media activities, coordinating content, conducting research, and tracking performance across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and support basic SEO activities as required.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and campaign assets.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Support email marketing, social media engagement, and outreach initiatives.




- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and new digital opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications:

- Completed a Digital Marketing course.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, social media, and analytics.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to live marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Compensation

- Internship Stipend: ₹7,500 per month
- For 1 Year Experience: ₹1,44,000 – ₹1,92,000 per annum

Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai – 100% Onsite

Experience: Internship completed or up to 1 year of relevant experience

Joining: Immediate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹192,000.00 per year
