Qualifications & Experience

 B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered for candidates with strong relevant experience.

 Minimum 5+ years of hands-on site execution experience in real estate, residential redevelopment, commercial or high-rise projects.

 Candidate should have independently handled significant site execution responsibilities rather than only coordination or office-based work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A technically robust, site-focused civil engineer capable of taking ownership of execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders and proactively resolving construction issues. The candidate should demonstrate strong control over quality, timelines, measurements and site documentation,



with substantial exposure to complex redevelopment and commercial construction projects.

Position Overview

The Senior Site Engineer - Civil will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, supervision, coordination, quality control, measurement and progress monitoring for residential redevelopment, commercial and high-rise construction projects. The role requires strong site ownership and technical expertise in RCC and structural works, multi-level basement construction, facade coordination and commercial project execution, with the ability to manage contractors, consultants and site teams while maintaining quality, safety, cost and schedule requirements.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
