Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of recruitment experience to manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring activities.

Candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
- Support offer, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Proactive and target-oriented approach.

Preferred

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Salary: ₹1.8–3 LPA, depending on experience and skills.
