Job description

Provide technical support and assistance to staff and students for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and peripheral devices.

Perform system setup, software installation, updates, and regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, networks,



and other IT equipment.

Monitor computer systems and laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning and availability.

Provide support during laboratory sessions, online classes, examinations, and other academic activities.

Setting up and managing audio-visual (AV) equipment—including wireless microphones, digital mixing consoles and video conferencing setups for hybrid guest lectures.

IT Asset Inventory: Keeping an accurate log of all technical assets—desktops, laptops, license keys, and network components
