HSE Manpower Officer – Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manpower Officer to support safety and compliance activities at project/construction sites in Kurnool.

Required Experience:
Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience in any of the following industries:

- Solar
- Wind
- Thermal
- Oil & Gas
- Roads & Infrastructure
- Transmission Lines
- Other large-scale construction/project sites

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with site safety procedures and HSE standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain safety records.




- Report and follow up on unsafe conditions and incidents.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to maintain a safe working setting.
- Support implementation of HSE policies and procedures at the project site.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience.
- Experience in project/construction environments.
- Good knowledge of site safety practices and PPE.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
